Job summary

Opifex-Synergy in Orlando, FL is seeking a Lube Technician to handle on-site installation, maintenance, and repair tasks for diesel-powered construction equipment. You will diagnose issues, perform routine maintenance, and support field service and customer needs with clear communication.

The role requires owning tools, a valid driver's license, and flexibility for shifts. You will work at construction sites and yards, following safety protocols and continuously improving technical skills

Qualifications

• Must have experience with diesel engines and construction equipment.
• Proven field service experience preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair, and service technical equipment.
• Must have own tools and a valid driver's license; flexible shifts may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks (oil changes, tire rotations, filter replacements).
• Inspect vehicles for safety and identify potential issues.
• Communicate with customers about vehicle concerns and maintenance needs.
• Ensure all work is performed efficiently and on time.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow safety procedures and guidelines.
• Continuously learn and improve technical skills through training and development.
• Assist other team members as needed.
