Job summary

Penn Power Group is seeking a Mobile Fleet Technician to service Class 5-8 trucks at customer locations, performing repairs, inspections, and diagnostics with a focus on reliability and safety. You will operate a fully equipped service vehicle and represent the company in the field.

The role requires 3+ years of diesel repair, strong customer service, and comfort using tablets and diagnostic tools. You will engage customers, maintain productivity, and pursue OEM and ASE certifications through

Qualifications

3+ years of diesel repair experience.
Experience with Class 5-8 truck repair and inspection in a field or mobile setting.
Proficiency with computers, iPad, and iPhone.
Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

Perform repairs and inspections on Class 5-8 trucks at customer locations.
Diagnose vehicle conditions through inspections and diagnostic testing.
Take ownership of all aspects of a customer's vehicle repair to deliver best-in-class service.
Maintain a high level of productivity, working within or close to Standard Labor Operations.
Operate your dedicated service truck safely and professionally.
Engage customers with professionalism to strengthen relationships and represent Penn Power Group in the field.
