Job summary

MiniMed is seeking a Clinical Territory Manager to educate and train healthcare professionals and patients on diabetes products. The role covers the Charleston and Columbia, SC territory with 3–5 days in the field per week, and occasional travel within the territory.

You will partner with sales and clinical teams, troubleshoot product and therapy questions, and document engagements in Salesforce. A valid clinical license and degree requirements apply, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must hold one of the listed clinical licenses (CDCES, RN, RD, PA, NP, Pharmacist).
• Associate’s degree with 4 years of clinical experience or Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Educates patients, physicians, nurses and other healthcare professionals about intensive diabetes management using Medtronic Diabetes products.
• Supports sales activities indirectly and serves as a technical resource for diabetes products and solutions.
• Collaborates with sales counterparts and other departments to develop territory growth strategies and ensure optimal patient experiences.
• Troubleshoots clinical and technical issues related to Medtronic products and assists healthcare professionals in managing patient therapy.
• Presents to individuals and groups, plans and manages assignments within budget, and travels within the assigned territory for seminars and meetings.
• Captures healthcare professional engagements via Salesforce in a timely and accurate manner.
• Participates in ongoing competency development through training and attends conventions, forums, and meetings to increase product awareness.
