Four-year degree in civil engineering or equivalent experience.
Familiarity with WisDOT procedures preferred.
Experience with Autodesk Civil 3D preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead projects or perform on-site inspection and documentation for WisDOT/other highway & bridge construction.
Verify contractor compliance with WisDOT standards and contract documents.
Track quantities, review pay apps, and maintain daily records using WisDOT systems.
Communicate with contractors, WisDOT staff, and project team to resolve field issues.
Use Civil 3D to prepare plan sheets and exhibits for WisDOT projects and assist with design tasks.
Lead or support project managers and engineers across multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery.
