Job summary

CORRE, INC. is seeking a mid-level Civil Engineer for our construction group in Wisconsin. The role focuses on on-site construction inspection, documentation, and ensuring contractor compliance with WisDOT standards.

You will also support design tasks using Civil 3D and assist with roadway and structure design as needed. Ideal candidates have a four-year civil engineering degree and familiarity with WisDOT processes, with strong communication and organizational skills to manage multiple

Qualifications

• Four-year technical degree in civil engineering or equivalent with related experience.
• Familiarity with WisDOT procedures preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects and perform on-site inspection and documentation of WisDOT or client highway/bridge construction projects.
• Verify contractor compliance with WisDOT standards, specs, and contract documents.
• Track quantities, review pay applications, and maintain daily records using WisDOT reporting systems.
• Communicate with contractors, WisDOT staff, and project team to resolve field issues.
• Lead or support project managers and engineers across multiple projects.
