Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking a Requisitions Project Engineer for M&D OTR project execution and deployments. You will lead technical design, site integration, and hardware installation for M&D platform deployments, including servers and network infrastructure.

You will act as the main technical expert for customers and internal teams, manage BOMs and drawings, and coordinate multi-site deployments while traveling 30–50% to domestic and international locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or relevant discipline.
• 4+ years of IT/engineering experience with field installation of network equipment.
• Proficiency with Windows and Linux operating systems and SCADA/DCS protocols.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a global matrixed environment.
• Willingness to travel 30–50% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Own technical delivery end-to-end: design, site integration planning, and hardware installation.
• Serve as the primary technical contact for customers and internal teams.
• Generate BOMs, update drawings, create operating instructions, and issue requisitions.
• Coordinate deployments across multiple sites, time zones, and functions.
• Travel to customer sites 30–50% for installations, commissioning, and testing.
