TRC Talent Solutions partners with a cutting-edge robotics software startup to place a Deployment Engineer who will own field deployments across the United States.

You will lead on-site deployments, coordinate with engineering and support teams, and ensure successful SATs and customer handovers while traveling nationwide.

Ideal candidates have a technical degree, hands-on robotics experience, and strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain or a related technical field.
• Experience with industrial robots, automation systems, or related technologies.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills across mechanical, electrical, software, and networking systems.
• Experience in Linux environments and command-line tools.
• Excellent communication, organization and problem-solving abilities.

Aufgaben

• On-site deployment and commissioning of robotic systems, including hardware, software, controls, and networking.
• Serve as the primary on-site technical lead during deployments and go-lives.
• Coordinate deployment activities and communicate project status with cross-functional teams.
• Troubleshoot field hardware, software, and networking issues to deliver timely resolutions.
• Document issues and resolutions; support SAT and training activities.
• Travel extensively to customer sites nationwide (75–100% travel).
