Job summary

Squint is hiring a Deployment Engineer to bridge our platform with real-world environments. You’ll write production code to adapt our knowledge graph and AI workflows for each customer, often on factory floors or job sites.

You’ll embed with named accounts to turn ambiguous problems into shipped deployments and prove value directly at customer sites. You’ll own deployments end-to-end, build integrations, and closely collaborate with product to feed actionable field insights into the roadmap.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on software engineering experience with production code.
• Experience working directly with customers or embedded in a customer's environment.
• Comfort with ambiguity and bias toward action over process.

Responsibilities

• Own deployments end-to-end from kickoff to go-live at customer sites.
• Build production code: integrations, workflows, data pipelines for each customer.
• Spend time on factory floors and in the field to observe actual work.
• Translate field learnings into prioritized feedback for the product roadmap.
• Earn trust across frontline operators to executives to ensure success.
