Squint, the Industrial AI company, is hiring a Deployment Engineer to bridge our platform with real-world environments. Based out of our San Francisco office, you’ll own deployments end-to-end, write production code, and tailor workflows to each customer’s systems.

You’ll embed with named accounts, travel to sites, and translate field learnings into product feedback that shapes our roadmap. If you thrive in ambiguous, hands-on settings, join us.

Formación

• 3+ years of hands-on software engineering experience—full-stack, backend, or infrastructure, with a track record of shipping production code.
• Experience working directly with customers or embedded in a customer's environment.
• Comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward action over process.
• Willingness to travel regularly to customer sites.

Responsabilidades

• Own deployments end-to-end from kickoff to go-live at a customer site.
• Write production code—integrations, data pipelines, and workflows to fit each customer's systems.
• Go where the work is: spend time on factory floors and in the field to observe frontline workflows.
• Turn field learnings into prioritized feedback for the product roadmap.
• Earn trust from operators to executives by delivering reliable deployments.
