Capital Hot Tubs, part of the Leslie's family, is seeking a dynamic Delivery Lead to oversee field delivery and installation operations. You will be the on-site point person, directing the daily team workflow to ensure safe, professional, and timely delivery of hot tubs, swim spas, and backyard products.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving history.
• Experience in delivery, field logistics, moving operations, or warehouse settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate daily with the Delivery Coordinator to review site inspections and notes.
• Safely load, transport, deliver, and install hot tubs, swim spas, and backyard accessories.
• Manage daily workload of the field delivery team, ensuring efficiency and safety.
• Coordinate with Warehouse Manager and District Manager on tasks for warehouse and lot maintenance.
• Conduct vehicle inspections and maintain delivery trucks and equipment.
• Provide professional communication with homeowners during delivery to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain delivery documentation and comply with DOT regulations and safety policies.
