Job summary

Capital Hot Tubs, part of Leslie's, is seeking a Delivery Lead to drive on-site delivery and installation of hot tubs, swim spas, and outdoor products. You will oversee the daily field crew and coordinate with the Delivery Coordinator to ensure safe, timely installations and exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Delivery, field logistics, moving operations, or warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 50–100+ lbs and perform installation tasks.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate daily with the Delivery Coordinator to review site inspections and notes.
• Safely load, transport, deliver, and install hot tubs, swim spas, and backyard items.
• Lead the field delivery team and manage daily workload with safety in mind.
• Coordinate with Warehouse and District Manager on tasks and upkeep.
• Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and maintain trucks/equipment.
• Provide professional communication with homeowners to ensure satisfaction.
