Job summary

Aurora Health Care in Wisconsin is seeking a delivery technician responsible for accurate and timely delivery, pick-up, and switch-out of DME and RT equipment, while supporting field staff and answering equipment questions.

This role requires a High School Diploma or GED, 1 year of related customer service or delivery experience, a valid Wisconsin or Illinois driver’s license with insurance, and the ability to lift up to 75 lbs and handle scheduled on-call duties.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year related experience in customer service, deliveries, etc.
• Valid driver’s license for IL or WI and a registered, insured vehicle.
• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer complaints regarding timeliness of deliveries or quality of products for areas of responsibility.
• Aids field staff with questions regarding equipment.
• Stocks and maintains vehicle inventory.
• Knowledgeable and competent on the basic DME and specific RT equipment.
• Responsible for accurate and timely delivery, pick-up and or switch out of DME and RT equipment.
• Completes paperwork in a neat, accurate, timely manner in accordance with regulatory rules.
• Maintains and operates company vehicles in accordance with company policies, procedures and regulatory agencies.
• Operates vehicle in accordance with local laws.
• Works on-call schedule as indicated by management.
• Attends meetings and handle other duties as assigned.
