Job summary

PRIDE Industries is hiring a Delivery Account Manager to handle customer orders, inventory, and vendor relations across multiple sites. You will load and unload products, manage transportation, and ensure on-time delivery while maintaining accurate records.

This role requires 3+ years in operations or logistics, a clean driving record, and strong business English communication. A High School Diploma or GED is required, along with a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience in operations, including manufacturing, customer service, materials management, logistics, planning or similar.
• Must have a satisfactory driving record; valid driver's license may be required.
• Ability to communicate effectively and respond to questions and requests from customers in business English.
• Demonstrated human relations skills to maintain effective working relationships with the team.
• Basic mathematical ability and intermediate computer literacy; experience with Apple devices is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload product safely and efficiently.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and track data for orders and shipments.
• Deliver products to customer sites following established routes and schedules.
• Provide sales support and address customer inquiries and issues.
• Troubleshoot minor vending machine issues and assist with orders as needed.
