Job summary

PRIDE Industries is seeking a Delivery Account Manager to manage orders, customer relations and inventory in support of nationwide customers. Responsibilities include replenishing product in facilities and vending machines, coordinating routes, and maintaining positive win/win relationships with clients.

Under general supervision, you will handle order processing, shipping issues, and sales support while communicating with third-party customers at different leadership levels.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of operations/logistics experience.
• Satisfactory driving record.
• Effective written and spoken business English.
• Strong human relations and teamwork skills.
• Basic math and numeracy skills.
• Proficient with word processing and spreadsheets; comfortable with Apple devices.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload product safely and efficiently.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and respond to inventory needs.
• Deliver products to customer sites according to routes and schedules.
• Troubleshoot minor issues with vending machines and processors; process orders.
