Job summary

PRIDE Industries is recruiting for a Delivery Account Manager to join our distribution team. The role focuses on order processing, customer relations, and sales support, including replenishing product at customer facilities and vending sites, while maintaining inventory accuracy and coordinating with third-party customers.

This onsite position requires safe vehicle operation, strong communication, and ability to troubleshoot minor issues to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience in operations (logistics, customer service, etc.).
• Satisfactory driving record.
• Able to communicate effectively in business English (written).
• Demonstrated human relations skills to work with teams.
• Basic mathematical ability (add/subtract/multiply/divide).
• Intermediate computer literacy (word processing, spreadsheets, presentations) and Apple devices proficiency.
• Basic troubleshooting ability.
• Demonstrated customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility with schedule changes and durations.

Responsibilities

• Load/unload products safely and efficiently from vehicles.
• Grow customer relationships by understanding PRIDE’s capabilities.
• Record/adjust inventory using customer software; manage inventory levels.
• Track data, follow up, and obtain required information from sources.
• Safely operate delivery vehicle to forecasted locations.
• Follow routes/schedules delivering products on time and safely.
• Troubleshoot minor vending machine issues using guides.
• Prepare outbound orders for delivery.
