Job summary

Public Storage is seeking a Property Manager to work across multiple locations, performing field and customer service duties. You will assess storage needs, suggest packing and moving supplies, and help customers rent available units.

Daily tasks include inspections to confirm inventory and readiness, cash drawer auditing and deposits, and assisting customers with payments and reminders when needed. Travel between sites using your own vehicle is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service oriented sales environments such as retail, restaurant, or service sectors.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer storage needs and recommend packing and moving supplies.
• Perform daily storage unit inspections to ensure inventory and availability for rental.
• Audit cash drawers and process bank deposits as part of daily operations.
• Assist customers with payments and make reminder/collection calls when needed.
