You will perform daily inspections, manage payments, and handle collections while traveling between sites using your own vehicle (mileage reimbursed).

The role involves outdoor work, climbing stairs, and maintaining curb appeal, with a background in customer service and sales in retail or service sectors preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assess customer storage needs and make suggestions, including selling packing and moving supplies.
• Perform daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability for rent.
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits as part of daily tasks.
• Keep customers current with payments and perform reminder/collection calls when required.
