Job summary

Public Storage is seeking a Property Manager to work across multiple locations, evaluating customer storage needs and recommending packing and moving supplies. You will perform daily inspections to ensure inventory and unit readiness, audit cash drawers, and assist customers with payments.

The role requires travel between sites using your own vehicle, with mileage reimbursement provided. Candidates come from customer service oriented sales backgrounds and must hold a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service centered sales environments.
• Valid driver's license and own vehicle to travel between locations.
• Ability to perform physical tasks (lift up to 35 pounds) and outdoor mobility.
• Willingness to work across multiple sites and environments.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer storage needs and suggest packing/moving supplies.
• Conduct daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and readiness.
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits as part of daily tasks.
• Assist customers with payments and perform reminder/collection calls when required.
• Travel between locations using own vehicle; mileage reimbursement provided.
