Job summary

Public Storage is seeking a Property Manager to work across multiple locations, combining indoor and outdoor duties. You will assess customer storage needs, suggest packing supplies, and conduct daily unit inspections to ensure spaces are ready to rent.

As a property manager, you will handle cash drawers, deposits, and payments follow-ups while traveling between sites with mileage reimbursement provided. A valid driver’s license is required and the role involves outdoor work throughout the day.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service centered sales environments.
• Must have a valid driver's license and own vehicle.
• Able to lift up to 35 pounds and perform outdoor tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer storage needs and recommend packing/moving supplies.
• Perform daily storage unit inspections for inventory and availability.
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits.
• Help customers stay current on payments and make reminders/ collections calls.
