Job summary

Public Storage is seeking a Property Manager to operate across multiple locations, performing a blend of inside and outdoor duties to keep facilities ready for renters. You will assess customer storage needs, propose packing supplies, conduct daily inspections, audit cash drawers and deposits, and help customers stay current with payments through reminders and collections.

Qualifications

• Experience from customer service centered sales environments such as retail, restaurant, fast food or other service-based companies.

Responsibilities

• Work across multiple locations independently, ensuring spaces are ready to rent.
• Assess customer storage needs and suggest packing and moving supplies.
• Perform daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability.
• Audit cash drawers and conduct bank deposits as part of daily operations.
• Help customers stay current with payments and make reminder/collection calls when required.
