Public Storage is seeking a Property Manager to operate across multiple sites, balancing independent work with a strong customer-service focus.

You will assess storage needs, upsell packing supplies, perform daily unit inspections, and handle cash handling, payments, and collections. You must drive between locations using your own vehicle (mileage reimbursed) and maintain facilities in good order.

Qualificações

• Experience coming from customer service centric sales environments including retail, restaurant, fast food or other service-based companies.

Responsabilidades

• Assess customer storage needs and suggest options, including selling packing and moving supplies.
• Perform daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability for rental.
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits as part of daily operations.
• Keep customers current with payments and make reminder/collection calls when required.
• Travel between multiple locations using personal vehicle with mileage reimbursement.
