Job summary

Texas Farm Bureau Casualty Insurance Company is seeking a qualified individual for Policy Services - CAAP. The role focuses on providing prompt, courteous service to members and insureds in person, by phone, and via electronic channels while supporting county farm bureau operations.

Responsibilities include assisting with membership applications and renewals, maintaining deposits per guidelines, and collaborating with team members.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Obtain and maintain General Lines Property and Casualty license within 45 days of employment.
• Typing minimum 45 WPM with max 5% errors.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Able to plan, organize and complete detailed work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous service to members and insureds in person, by phone, and electronically.
• Support County Farm Bureau operations; assist the CAAP Supervisor and Agency Manager as needed.
• Study for General Lines Property and Casualty license exam.
• Cross-train with team members to ensure tasks are completed, especially in colleagues' absence.
• Assist applicants with membership applications and renewals.
• Monitor daily deposits per guidelines and review delinquent membership reports.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding county, members, and insureds information.
• Observe and comply with fleet operator requirements of Driving and Safety Policy.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
