Responsibilities include assisting with membership applications, deposits, and renewals, while maintaining confidentiality and collaborating with CAAP supervisors and managers as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Obtain General Lines Property and Casualty license within 45 days of employment.
• Type at least 45 WPM with max 5% errors.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word/Outlook/PowerPoint/Excel).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, professional service to members and insureds in person, by phone, and via electronic channels.
• Assist in promoting County Farm Bureau activities and support board duties.
• Study material for the General Lines Property and Casualty license exam.
• Cross-train with team members to cover daily tasks.
• Assist applicants with membership applications.
• Monitor daily deposits per guidelines and procedures.
• Review Delinquent Membership reports and assist renewals.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Discuss issues with the CAAP Supervisor or Agency Manager as needed.
• Comply with Driving Policy requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
