Job summary

3Cloud is seeking a Field CTO to act as the executive technology voice and trusted advisor for the Enterprise Advisory & Solution Architecture practice. You will build peer-level relationships with CIOs/CTOs/CDOs, shape market narrative, and translate technology direction into funded business outcomes.

You will lead across pursuit, delivery, and partner teams with advisory, market presence, and offering strategy at the core, collaborating with Microsoft and other ecosystem partners to drive

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Field CTO or equivalent for enterprise technology transformation.
• Executive-level relationships with CIOs/CTOs/CDOs at Fortune 500 or comparable enterprises.
• Demonstrated industry voice through keynotes, POVs, briefs, or analyst engagement.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Azure architecture, governance, security, and modernization.
• Experience setting technology direction across Applications, Cloud Platforms, and Data & AI.
• Executive-level understanding of enterprise AI strategy and governance.
• Ability to advise executives on integrating Microsoft technologies with non-Microsoft platforms.
• Strong executive communication translating tech decisions into business impact.
• Business and financial acumen to connect strategy to investment and value.
• Experience influencing large pursuits through credibility and strategy.
• Ability to shape offerings, accelerators, platforms, or reusable IP.
• Senior relationships with hyperscalers and partners for joint solutions.
• Experience leading through matrix influence across account, engineering, delivery, and partner teams.
• Coaching and mentoring senior architects or technology leaders.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% and maintain certifications.
