Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Technical Delivery Lead to own the end-to-end delivery of data and AI engagements for mid-market Google Cloud solutions. You will design delivery plans, lead both onshore and offshore teams, and ensure fast, measurable client value from initial shaping through go-live.

You will guide clients on Google Cloud services, including Vertex AI, Gemini, and data platforms, balancing architecture with practical delivery constraints. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years in hands-on, client-facing technology roles.
• Minimum 7+ years independently owned client engagements from technical design through go-live.
• Minimum 3+ years experience architecting and delivering on Google Cloud Platform.
• Minimum 3+ years experience with BigQuery, Vertex AI, Dataflow, and data pipeline architecture.
• Minimum 1+ years experience agentic AI patterns — agent orchestration, tool use, grounding, retrieval-augmented generation.
• Minimum 5+ years experience in both technical leadership and delivery management.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery from shaping to go-live and be the single point of accountability.
• Design the delivery plan and organize teams across data engineering, analytics and AI workstreams.
• Provide technical advisory on Google Cloud services and client environments.
• Lead status reviews, manage expectations, and navigate trade-offs in real time.
• Stand up delivery with offshore teams and drive execution from day one for rapid results.
• Coordinate onshore/offshore delivery and maintain pace across projects.
• Establish governance, track progress against commitments, and ensure measurable client value.
