Job summary

Quilr is seeking a Field Chief Technology Officer (Field CTO) to guide enterprise customers on AI security strategies and secure deployment. You will bridge customer needs, product direction, and technical go-to-market efforts while engaging with CISOs, CTOs, and AI leaders.

You will lead architectural discussions, help shape risk-based roadmaps, and provide senior technical oversight for complex evaluations and deployments across customer environments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in software engineering, architecture, cybersecurity, or AI infra with leadership experience.
• Experience advising executives on complex technical decisions in enterprise contexts.
• Strong understanding of modern AI systems, LLMs, AI agents, and deployment challenges.

Responsibilities

• Lead executive briefings and strategic technical discussions with senior customer leaders.
• Architect secure enterprise AI solutions and validate designs with customers.
• Translate customer needs into product and engineering insights for Quilr.
• Build long-term trusted relationships with customer executives and stakeholders.
