Job summary

Channel Fusion seeks a visionary CTO to own technology strategy, architecture standards, and AI-enabled transformation across the enterprise. This leader will balance platform scalability, security, and client delivery while guiding investment tradeoffs with the CEO and ELT.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of technology leadership in enterprise software, SaaS, MarTech, or channel platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
• Personally designed and led AI-assisted software delivery in a live engineering org with measurable results.
• Experience modernizing legacy platforms while continuing to ship to paying clients.
• Experience leading distributed engineering orgs, including India-based teams.
• Able to connect technology investment decisions to business outcomes (onboarding speed, release velocity, resilience).

Responsibilities

• Own technology strategy, architecture standards, AI-enabled engineering transformation, cybersecurity, and platform-risk direction.
• Head of Engineering reports to the CTO and owns engineering organization and day-to-day delivery.
• VP, Cloud Security & Client Delivery reports to CTO and oversees cloud, security, compliance, and client delivery.
• Align these functions and resolve cross-functional tradeoffs with CEO and executive leadership.
