Qualifications

• Demonstrated track record on prior projects or portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily civil, structural, and architectural field activities to meet scope and quality.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractors for timely execution.
• Review designs with engineering teams to influence constructability requirements, specs and drawings.
• Develop look-ahead schedules to meet milestones and manage changes.
• Enforce site safety programs and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain field reports, progress photos, and manpower counts for status updates.
• Serve as primary liaison among subcontractors, management, engineering, and client representatives.
