Job summary

Douglas County Government seeks a CRT Clinician to work with an assigned law enforcement partner, responding in crisis situations across the community. You will perform clinical and crisis assessments, help stabilize individuals in crisis, and connect people with appropriate resources and services. The CRT operates seven days a week with 8:00 a.m.–10:00 p.m.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, or social work with at least 2 years in mental health settings.
• Must be licensed or pending licensure with supervision (LPC, LMFT, LCSW).
• Must have a valid Colorado Driver’s License on hire with insurance compliance.
• Crisis experience is required; working with law enforcement is a plus.
• Combination of education and experience may be considered.
