Job summary

Design Works Landscaping is seeking an experienced Landscape Field Supervisor to lead mowing and landscape maintenance operations throughout Southern New Hampshire. The role focuses on team leadership, safety, efficiency, and high-quality workmanship across seasonal projects.

You will supervise crews, plan daily work, coach staff, and communicate progress to management while supporting growth and development. This position offers year-round employment with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of landscape maintenance experience.
• Previous crew leadership or supervisory experience.
• Valid driver's license required.
• DOT Medical Card or ability to obtain one.
• Snow removal experience required.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Irrigation, LMN, and Spanish-speaking skills are a plus.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys leading crews, maintaining high standards, solving problems in the field, and helping team members succeed. As a Field Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards while supporting the growth and development of your crew.
