Job summary

Design Works Landscaping is seeking an experienced Landscape Field Supervisor to lead mowing and landscape maintenance operations throughout Southern New Hampshire. The role focuses on team leadership, safety, efficiency, and high-quality workmanship across seasonal projects.

You will supervise crews, plan daily work, coach staff, and communicate progress to management while supporting growth and development. This position offers year-round employment with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of landscape maintenance experience.
• Previous crew leadership or supervisory experience.
• Valid driver's license required.
• DOT Medical Card or ability to obtain one.
• Snow removal experience required.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Irrigation, LMN, and Spanish-speaking skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise mowing and landscape maintenance crews
• Organize daily work assignments and review job plans with team members
• Train, coach, and support employees to improve performance and quality
• Answer crew questions and solve field challenges throughout the day
• Perform quality control inspections and ensure work meets company standards
• Communicate job progress, labor needs, equipment concerns, and site issues to management
• Ensure crews have the tools, fuel, materials, and equipment needed to operate efficiently
• Monitor productivity and ensure LMN reporting and daily paperwork are completed accurately
• Serve as the primary field contact for customers when on-site
• Participate in snow removal operations during the winter season
