Capital Pump & Equipment in Henderson, NV is seeking a Field Crew Member to install, set up, and service pumps on job sites. You will work with a Crew Leader, enjoy outdoor work, and contribute to the efficiency of critical pumping operations.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, basic mechanical aptitude, and are willing to obtain forklift certification within 90 days. CDL is a plus, and a valid driver’s license is required.

The Role

We are seeking a Field Crew Member to join our growing team in Henderson, NV! In this hands-on, entry-level role, you'll work directly with a Crew Leader to install, set up, and service pumps and equipment on job sites. What You'll Bring
