Job summary

Capital Pump & Equipment in Henderson, NV is seeking a Field Crew Member to install, set up, and service pumps and equipment on job sites, working directly with a Crew Leader.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Forklift certification is a plus or willing to obtain within 90 days (training provided).
• Basic mechanical aptitude required.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors.
• Valid driver’s license required; CDL a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation, set-up, and removal of pumps, piping, and related equipment.
• Operate and maintain small hand and power tools to support job site work.
• Follow safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times.
• Perform basic equipment inspections and maintenance tasks.
• Maintain professional communication with customers and team members.

The Role

We are seeking a Field Crew Member to join our growing team in Henderson, NV! In this hands-on, entry-level role, you'll work directly with a Crew Leader to install, set up, and service pumps and equipment on job sites. What You'll Bring
