Capital Pump & Equipment in Henderson, NV is seeking a Field Crew Member to join our team. In this hands-on, entry-level role, you will assist with installation, setup, and service of pumps and equipment on job sites, working directly with a Crew Leader and teammates.

You will follow safety protocols, operate basic hand and power tools, and grow your skills through ongoing training and certification support, with opportunities for advancement in the equipment rental industry.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Forklift certification is a plus; training and certification provided within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation, set-up, and removal of pumps, piping, and related equipment.
• Operate and maintain small hand and power tools.
• Follow safety protocols and wear PPE at all times.
• Perform basic equipment inspections and maintenance tasks.
• Maintain professional communication with customers and team members.

The Role

We are seeking a Field Crew Member to join our growing team in Henderson, NV! In this hands-on, entry-level role, you'll work directly with a Crew Leader to install, set up, and service pumps and equipment on job sites. What You'll Bring

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Forklift certified is a plus, or willingness to obtain certification within 90 days. CPE will provide training and certification.
• Basic mechanical aptitude.
• Able to lift 50 lbs. and work outdoors in extreme temperatures.
• Team player with a safety-first mindset.
• Experience in the rental pump industry is a plus-HDPR fusion experience preferred.
• A valid driver's license and clean driving record required; CDL is a plus!
