XKIG is seeking a Foreperson in Mountain City, TN to coordinate crews and equipment to complete jobs per contract specifications. The role requires directing tasks, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining efficient work flow on site.

Responsibilities include supervising crew performance, planning daily work, and communicating with property owners. A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel for storm work are required; background checks and PPE use are essential.

Qualifications

• Must meet and demonstrate qualifications of all positions on a crew.
• Able to follow verbal or written directives.
• Able to delegate work and supervise performance.
• Able to read drawings and symbols representing lines and equipment.
• Must have and maintain a Driver’s License and be able to safely drive a company vehicle.

• Direct crew members and manage equipment daily.
• Plan and execute work safely and professionally.
