CARDINAL CIVIL CONTRACTING TRIAD LLC is seeking a field supervisor to lead a crew of 6–7 in water, sewer, and storm installations. You will study blueprints, determine the best installation methods, and set pipes to exact slopes using lasers and levels.

You’ll operate heavy equipment while maintaining OSHA safety standards and QA compliance. The role emphasizes safety training, daily task assignments, and attention to attendance, with physical demands including heavy lifting and weather exposure

Competenze

• 2–5+ years installing water, sewer, and storm in varied projects.
• OSHA 10/30 a plus but not required; confined space and trench safety training required.
• Physically capable of heavy lifting up to 50 lbs and working in all weather.
• Valid driver’s license with clean DMV.

• Supervise a crew of 6–7 workers, assign daily tasks and track attendance.
• Study blueprints and specs to determine best methods for pipe installation.
• Use laser instruments and levels to set pipes to correct slope.
• Operate heavy machinery and ensure site safety per OSHA standards.
