Job summary

Piscataqua Landscaping & Tree Service is seeking a Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader to manage the maintenance crew to meet company standards and client expectations. The role emphasizes safe operations, accurate hours tracking, and delivering quality lawn care.

Responsibilities include directing daily tasks, operating zero-turn mowers and trucks, and training crew members. Snow removal and ongoing education are also part of duties.

Qualifications

• Leads and trains maintenance crew to meet Piscataqua standards.
• Ensures safety and productive use of equipment and hours.
• Maintains clean, straight mowing lines and debris removal.

Responsibilities

• Manage crew members and direct daily tasks.
• Operate lawn equipment including zero-turn mowers and trucks up to 1 ton with/without trailer.
• Track labor, equipment hours and materials daily.
• Ensure equipment safety and perform daily maintenance checks.
• Coach and motivate crew to improve morale and productivity.
• Participate in snow removal as needed.
• Complete 12 hours of ongoing education through PL&TS training.
