The Manitowoc Company is seeking MGX Field Crane Technicians for our Aiken, SC branch. You will inspect, diagnose, repair and maintain mobile cranes and boom trucks under the supervision of the Service Manager. This full-time role offers a $25.00–$45.00 hourly wage, a $4,500 sign-on bonus after 90 days, and a tool reimbursement program up to $1,500 per year.

MGX Field Crane Technicians are responsible for the inspection, diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of various crane equipment including mobile cranes and boom trucks. This position will be based out of our Aiken, SC branch for MGX Equipment Services and reports to the Service Manager.
Compensation: $25.00–$45.00 per hour with a $4,500 sign‑on bonus payable after 90 days continuous service, a Tool Reimbursement Program of up to $1,500 per calendar year, and relocation assistance may be available for qualifying candidates.
This is a full‑time position with typical working hours between 7:00 am and 4:00 pm. Overtime and weekend work may be possible based on business conditions. The role requires working in an environment with exposure to extreme temperatures, weather conditions, dirt, dust, fumes, smoke, unpleasant odors, and loud noises. Employees may be required to sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, and lift up to 40 pounds. Reasonable accommodation may be made for individuals with disabilities.
