Morrow Equipment Company LLC is seeking a Field E&D Superintendent to lead crane erection, climbing, and dismantling activities in the Houston district. You will schedule crews, attend customer meetings, and provide guidance to operators and vendors on hoist applications.

You will ensure all tools, rigging, PPE are inspected and maintained, enforce safety policies, and coordinate safety plans across projects while maintaining high customer service standards.

Formación

• Maintain Tower Crane Operator, Rigging and Signal Person certifications.
• Complete OSHA 30 training.
• Maintain CPR/First Aid certification.
• Valid State driver’s license and insurable status.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee erection, climbing and dismantling activities and crew scheduling.
• Attend customer meetings to plan equipment erection and dismantling.
• Guide crane operators, shipper, and customers on hoist applications.
• Supervise loading/unloading and transport of equipment.
• Ensure tools, rigging and PPE are maintained and inspected.
• Enforce safety rules and site-specific safety plans.
• Coordinate with internal/external teams and manage shift work.
• Read and interpret manufacturer instructions, catalogs, and manuals.
• Conduct pre/post erection inspections and torque checks.
• Respond to safety issues and provide coaching to staff.
