Job summary

Morrow is seeking a field assignment support role in Houston to assist with crane erections, climbs, and dismantles, and to assist with crane and hoist maintenance as directed. The role involves rigging procedures, loading equipment for transport, and adherence to OSHA safety regulations.

Responsibilities include following company safety rules, working overtime as needed, and communicating professionally with coworkers and vendors.

Qualifications

• Operate all yard and shop equipment.
• Willingness to work in adverse weather.
• Maintain a valid State driver’s license.
• Lift up to 50 pounds.
• Attend training courses and seminars as requested by the Company.

Responsibilities

• Assist with erection, climbs, and dismantles of cranes and personnel/material hoists as directed.
• Assist with crane and hoist maintenance when not on site.
• Help load equipment for transport and ensure safe operation of lifting gear.
• Follow all safety rules and PPE requirements in field and yard environments.
• Communicate professionally with coworkers, customers and vendors.
