Job summary

Morrow is seeking a Field E&D Superintendent to oversee erection, climbing, and dismantling activities in the Houston district. You will schedule crews, coordinate with crane suppliers, and ensure adherence to safety standards and company policies.

The role requires strong leadership, hazard assessment, and effective communication with customers and internal teams. Travel and overtime may be required based on project needs.

Qualifications

• Maintain Tower Crane Operator, Rigging and Signal Person certification.
• Complete OSHA 30 training.
• Maintain a CPR and First Aid certification.
• Maintain a valid State driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Attend customer meetings to plan erection, climbs and dismantles.
• Identify jobsite hazards affecting erection and dismantling activities.
• Assist in preparing lift plans and JSA for each job.
• Oversee crane/hoist operations and adjust crew as needed.
• Ensure safety inspections and maintenance of tools, rigging and PPE.
