Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work or related field.
• Two years of relevant work experience for level I–IV.
• Ability to travel up to 85% and work irregular hours.

Responsibilities

• Receive cases from investigators after children are removed and placed in CPS conservatorship.
• Determine each child’s needs and arrange referrals for testing, evaluations, and services.
• Plan for a child’s permanency with parents, kin, and placement teams.
• Identify kinship providers and complete home studies for eligible guardians.
• Attend court hearings, prepare reports, and testify as needed.
• Document case records and maintain communication with all parties.
