Qualifications

• This position requires a Bachelor's degree or an Associate's degree plus two years of relevant experience, or 60 credits with two years of experience, or 90 credits plus one year of experience.
• Must have reliable personal vehicle and valid Texas driver's license.
• Ability to travel up to 75% and conduct field visits in varied environments.

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly to crisis situations involving children in potential danger.
• Conduct forensic investigations of abuse/neglect and assess risk.
• Interview parents, caregivers, and witnesses to gather information.
• Document findings and complete required forms accurately and timely.
• Develop and maintain relationships with law enforcement, courts, and medical staff.
