Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Territory Coverage Associate to convert staffing gaps into reliable, high‑quality execution. You will support Merchandisers and Order Writers, uphold brand standards, and ensure stores align with company expectations across the territory.

The role involves visiting stores, capturing display photos, and documenting execution using DMI & Sales force, while maintaining schedules set by the District Manager.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license issued by the state in which the person resides.
• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in retail or consumer goods preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in stores with professionalism and support Merchandisers and Order Writers across the territory.
• Deliver strong customer service to store teams while reinforcing Mondelēz’s standards.
• Execute daily coverage using Merchandising Excellence and Order Writing Excellence, including capturing photos and documenting execution.
