Job summary

Pacific Office Automation is seeking a Field Copier Technician to join our Tucson service team. This on-site field role services Tucson and surrounding areas, with paid training provided to get you up to speed on our equipment and processes.

You will troubleshoot and repair office equipment (copiers, printers, fax machines, etc.), provide high-quality technical support, and communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction while exploring opportunities for advancement.

• Strong computer knowledge and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Other experience and training with Canon, Ricoh, HP, Xerox, and other manufacturers is a plus!
• Strong computer knowledge a plus!
