Job summary

FlexTG specializes in transforming how businesses manage their print environments. We are seeking an Experienced Service Technician to maintain and repair office equipment across a designated NC territory, including Greensboro, Reidsville, Burlington and Kernersville.

You will diagnose issues, install configurations, and perform preventative maintenance with a focus on customer satisfaction. The role requires strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, networking basics, and a valid driver’s

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude essential.
• Basic networking knowledge (print drivers, connectivity troubleshooting).
• Proven experience repairing office equipment (copiers/printers).
• Ability to lift and transport equipment up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Service and repair copiers and printers with minimal supervision.
• Diagnose hardware, software, and basic network issues.
• Install and configure equipment and scanning in peer-to-peer environments.
• Perform preventative maintenance to maximize device uptime.
• Manage parts inventory and supplies according to company standards.
• Maintain an organized service vehicle, tools, and schedule.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Support sales teams by identifying upgrade opportunities.
• Ensure a professional appearance and excellent customer experience.
