Qualifications

Bring your field expertise to a 15 year+ construction project. One of our clients is seeking experienced Field Coordinators to support foundation and commercial building construction. If you understand precast concrete, structural steel, and the coordination it takes to keep crews working safely and efficiently, this opportunity puts your skills to work.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate daily field operations: Work with the general contractor, subcontractors, designers, and field crews to align installation activities and resolve field issues.
• Support structural installation: Monitor precast concrete (PC), reinforced concrete (RC), and structural steel work for alignment with approved drawings, specifications, and installation sequences.
• Keep safety front and center: Recognize and promptly report hazards, communicate unsafe conditions to site leadership, and support compliance with OSHA requirements and site-specific safety procedures.
• Manage material logistics: Coordinate deliveries, unloading, staging, and material removal to maintain safe access and support erection schedules.
• Track quality and progress: Identify installation discrepancies, coordinate corrective direction, and prepare daily and weekly updates on progress, materials, and outstanding concerns.

What You’ll Bring

• 3+ years of construction field experience, with strong experience in precast concrete and structural steel construction.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, structural shop drawings, specifications, and installation sequences.
• Working knowledge of OSHA and construction-site safety requirements, including hazard awareness during structural installation and material handling.
• Experience coordinating field crews, subcontractors, deliveries, and staging on active construction sites.
• Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and field observation skills, with the judgment to recognize issues early and elevate them promptly.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel for tracking and reporting.
• Availability to work onsite in Taylor, Texas, including overtime, overnight shifts, and holidays as project schedules require.

Experience That Helps You Stand Out

Semiconductor, industrial, or large commercial construction experience; reinforced concrete knowledge; familiarity with interior construction following structural installation; and English/Spanish or English/Korean bilingual skills.
