KODIAK Construction Recruiting & Staffing is seeking Field Coordinators for an onsite precast and structural steel project in the Austin, TX area. The role focuses on coordinating field operations, ensuring safety, and keeping erection schedules on track.

You'll supervise crews, monitor precast and steel work against drawings, and manage material deliveries while communicating progress to project leaders. The position requires 3+ years in field construction and availability for overtime as

Qualifications

• 3+ years of construction field experience.
• Experience in precast concrete and structural steel.
• Ability to read blueprints, shop drawings, specs.
• Knowledge of OSHA and site safety requirements.
• Experience coordinating field crews and deliveries.
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
• Onsite Taylor, Texas availability including overtime.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily field operations with GC, subs, designers, and crews.
• Monitor precast, RC, and structural steel per drawings and specs.
• Promote safety, report hazards, and ensure OSHA procedures.
• Manage material logistics: deliveries, staging, and removal.
• Track progress and prepare daily/weekly updates on issues.
