Job summary

Help at Home is seeking a Field Coordinator to visit clients’ homes, answer calls, greet guests, and document visits, while supporting the Branch Manager with clerical duties. Candidates should have strong communication skills, be proficient with computers, and be HOST trained.

High school diploma or GED is required, plus 1–2 years of customer service experience and a valid insured vehicle. Daily travel is expected, with weekly travel in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct daily visits to clients' homes, as required (new).
• Answer incoming phone calls and redirect calls, as needed.
• Greet and assist guests, as needed.
• Enter and submit documentation records of home visits.
• Assist the Branch Manager with any other administrative/clerical duties.

Qualifications

Education And Experience

• Access to an insured and reliable vehicle.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to move or traverse about in offices and/or client homes, including ascending and descending stairs.
• Ability to communicate effectively and clearly with others to exchange information.

Travel Requirements

• Regular travel on a daily or weekly basis required, even in inclement weather
