Job summary

Help at Home in Pekin, Illinois, is seeking a Field Coordinator to support clients at home, coordinate care, and ensure smooth operations across the service area.

You will conduct daily client visits, handle calls, greet guests, document visits, and assist the Branch Manager with administrative duties, while upholding safety and quality standards.

The role requires strong communication, interpersonal skills, and reliable transportation; eligible for weekly pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years customer service experience required.
• Access to an insured and reliable vehicle.
• Active and current auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily visits to clients' homes, as required (new).
• Answer incoming phone calls and redirect calls, as needed.
• Greet and assist guests, as needed.
• Enter and submit documentation records of home visits.
• Assist the Branch Manager with any other administrative/clerical duties.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct daily visits to clients' homes, as required (new).
• Answer incoming phone calls and redirect calls, as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to move or traverse about in offices and/or client homes, including ascending and descending stairs.

Travel Requirements

• Regular travel on a daily or weekly basis required, even in inclement weather
